Course objectives
The presented course guides the participant through the preparation, organization and evaluation of specific social enterprises, i.e. project management of specific events. The course is designed in four blocks: private, corporate, school and diplomatic social enterprises. Participants will learn not only the basic elements of project management itself, but also have the opportunity to learn specific processes that they will go through in practice, namely when organizing weddings, funerals, banquets, exhibitions and other social events. The aim of the course is to teach participants how to participate, plan, coordinate and evaluate specific social enterprises in private, companies and organizations. An integral part of the given course is the presentation of the requirements placed on protocol operators in the Czech Republic, on the protocol practice of the Czech Republic, as well as on the personality of the event coordinator.
Syllabus
  • 1. Project management – history of project management, introduction to the issue.
  • 2. Basic means of communication spoken, written word, communication technique - unspoken information also applies.
  • 3. Companies and organizations. Cooperation – with vexillologists, heralds, carriers, IZS and other specialists.
  • 4. Joyful event – organizing a child's baptism, the first day at school, presenting an award to a minor.
  • 5. University ceremonies - matriculation, graduation, inauguration.
  • 6. Wedding – church and civil ceremony in the Czech Republic, ceremony abroad, foreigners in the Czech Republic.
  • 7. First ceremony, second ceremony - project, legal aspects, GDPR, copyright, contracts, plan against reality, budget, work safety and so on.
  • 8. Technical background of social enterprises - selection, solutions, evaluation, relationships, risks.
  • 9. Exhibitions and fairs in the Czech Republic and abroad - selection, preparation, implementation, evaluation.
  • 10. Protocol practice
  • 11. Death - organization of a funeral ceremony of a private person, organization of a state funeral - pieta.
  • 12. Small and medium social enterprises (working breakfast, working lunch, small festive dinner).
  • 13. Ceremonial ceremony, audience in the Czech Republic.
