Systematický rozvoj cestovního ruchu je založen na spolupráci, případně partnerství subjektů veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Díky jejich participaci přispívá cestovní ruch k tvorbě nových pracovních míst, generuje příjmy do rozpočtu obce, zvyšuje hodnotu území a zlepšuje životní úroveň obyvatel v obci. V roce 2011 byla založena organizace destinačního managementu LIPENSKO s.r.o., která se podílí na rozvoji cestovního ruchu zejména na území obce Lipno nad Vltavou, provozuje Infocentrum Lipno a spravuje kartu hosta Lipno Card. O dva roky později začala na území Svazku Lipenských obcí působit další organizace s názvem Destinační management LIPENSKO, o. p. s.

Systematic development of tourism is based on cooperation or partnership between public and private sectors. Through their participation tourism can help to create jobs, generate revenue for the municipal budget, increase the value of the territory and improve the living standards of residents in the muncipality. In 2011, the destination management organization LIPENSKO Ltd. was founded, which is involved in the development of tourism especially in the municipality of Lipno nad Vltavou, Lipno Info operates and manages the guest card Lipno Card. Two years later, it started on the territory of the Association of Lipno municipalities causing another organization called Destination Management LIPENSKO.
