Abstract
Paper describes the case study of discrete event modelling and simulation method implementation in the conditions of hospitality. The objective of the project is to obtain adequate data used during the decision making process related to the workforce allocation within food stand service processes. The results of variant simulation experiments are presented and recommendation to company management related to variant conditions and states of costumer demands are proposed.
