This paper deals with the analysis and evaluation of the newly set conditions for the establishment and functioning of management determination organizations including the management/organization of tourism in the Czech Republic. It identifies basic problems in tourism and its management system in the Czech Republic, which are at the same time essential. It also interprets the proposal for a new tourism management/organization based on motivation including the motivation tool.

Příspěvek se zabývá analýzou a zhodnocením nově nastavovaných podmínek pro vznik a fungování organizací destinačního managementu včetně systému řízení/organizování sektoru cestovního ruchu v České republice. Identifikuje základní problémy v oblasti cestovního ruchu a systému jeho řízení v České republice, které jsou současně zásadními. Dále interpretuje návrh nového systému řízení/organizování cestovního ruchu na bázi motivace včetně motivačního nástroje.
