Účelem workshopu bylo rozpoznání jednotlivých teqiul dle délky zrání, včetně zahrnutí jednoho mezcalu. Diskuse byla vedena na téma tequila v současné gastronomii.

The purpose of the workshop was to identify each tequila by maturation duration, including the inclusion of one mezcal. The discussion was conducted on the topic of tequila in contemporary gastronomy.
