Cílem odborného workshopu bylo najít ideální kombinace celosvětově rozšířených aperitivních a digestivních koktejlů společně s tradičními slanými i sladkými španělskými tapas. O nejlepší kombinaci se utkalo několik soutěžních týmů a vítěze vyhlásila tříčlenná odborná komise.

The aim of the professional workshop was to find the ideal combination of worldwide widespread aperitif and digestive cocktails together with traditional salty and sweet Spanish tapas. Several competition teams competed for the best combination and the winner was announced by a three-member expert commission.
