Odborný workshop Tradiční pokrmy v české gastronomii vytvořil prostor pro společnou diskusi akademických pracovníků a pracovníků z gastronomické praxe týkající se pojetí a výskytu tradiční kuchyně v české gastronomii. Workshop sestával z přednáškové a praktické části. V přednáškové části proběhly 4 klíčové přednášky, po kterých následovala společná diskuse. Během praktické části byly prezentovány vybrané české tradiční pokrmy, které mohly účastníci ochutnat a komentovat.

In English

The workshop “Traditional food in the Czech gastronomy” created the space for the join discussion of academicians and gastronomical practitioners focused especially on the traditional cuisine and its occurrence in the actual Czech gastronomy. The workshop consisted of two parts: lectures and practical presentations. The four lectures were presented followed by the discussion. The selected Czech traditional foods were presented and tasted during the practical part.
