Soubor krátkých filmů "Gastronomické poklady českých zemí" představuje na pozadí kulturně historických a přírodních podmínek vybraných regionů Čech, Moravy a Slezska jejich tradiční pokrmy a nápoje, připravované v autentických prostorách skanzenů, muzeí a chalup i retro-kuchyní a gastronomických zařízení.

In English

The set of short movies “Gastronomical treasures of the Czech regions” presents the traditional foods and beverages of the Czech, Moravian and Silesian regions. These foods are presented on the background of the cultural and natural conditions of these regions and they are prepared in the authentic environment of open-air museums, museums, cottages, retro-kitchens and gastronomical facilities.
