Abstract
The aim of the workshop was to introduce the participants to the theoretical side of the production of Japanese and American whiskey, followed by a practical tasting in which the participants used the acquired theory. The aim was also to understand the techniques of pairing these whiskeys with Japanese and American dishes, including a practical demonstration.
