Odborná konference Kulinární dědictví v praxi se zaměřuje především na aktuální stav poznání a prezentace kulinárního dědictví jednotlivých regionů českých zemí odrážejícího prvky národní a kulturní identity. Nosným tématem a cílem konference je tedy především posílení prezentace a edukace kulinárního dědictví českých zemí v rámci gastronomické praxe, cestovního ruchu a odborného školství.

The conference „Culinary heritage in the practice“ is focused on the actual state of knowledge and the level of presentation of the regions culinary heritage. The core topic and the aim of the conference is to make the level of the culinary heritage presenation and education higher in the fields of gastronomy, tourism and education.
