The hotel industry is a dynamically developing branch of the tourism sector and simulators are a modern part of training for a variety of jobs. PROTUR Hotel Process Simulator created in frame of project Innovation of Tourism Management Systems Using the Process Management Tools and their possibilities are described in this article. The aim of this article is to characterize the possibilities of multi-user web application in the training of hotel staff © 2022 IEEE.
