Abstract
Cílem workshopu bylo poukázat na možnosti párování tří druhů cograncu se třemi druhy finger food. Logický sled párování kopíroval gradující intenzitu chutí.
Abstract (in English)
The aim of the workshop was to point out the possibilities of pairing three types of cogranc with three types of finger food. The logical sequence of pairings followed the gradational intensity of flavors.
