The main objective of this project is to create a dynamic, high-quality curriculum and educational materials for workers focusing on Crisis prevention and preparation management in Hospitality and Gastronomy. The additional objective is to raise awareness and a sense of responsibility for the first-line workers' role, their management, business owners, and educators in a potential emergency to make hotels and restaurants safer. These objectives will be achieved with the collaboration of universities, crisis management and hospitality professionals and hospitality and gastronomy businesses. The outcome will be the created curriculum for first-line workers, young adult workers, business operators, students, and their educators. The outputs highlight the need for high-quality, comprehensive information and easily accessible content suitable for 21st-century education with a strong connection to practical aspects and requirements of a labour market.
