Cílem workshopu bylo účastníkům demonstrovat specifika výroby skotských single malt whisky a vliv těchto specifik na senzorické vlastnosti degustovaných vzorků. Účastníci poskytli lektorovi zpětnou vazbu na základě praktické degustace. |

The aim of the workshop was to demonstrate to the participants the specifics of the production of Scottish single malt whiskeys and the influence of these specifics on the sensory properties of the tasted samples. Participants provided feedback to the lecturer based on the practical tasting. |
