Cílem workshopu bylo účastníky seznámit se základními výrobními specifiky tequily a rumu včetně ochutnávky vstupních ingrediencí. Účastníci samo poté popisovali senzorický profil jednotlivých degustovaných destilátů.

The workshop aimed to familiarize the participants with the primary production specifics of tequila and rum, including a tasting of the input ingredients. The participants themselves then described the sensory profile of the individual spirits tasted.
