Inovativní přednáška pro vyučující ekonomických předmětů na Hotelové škole Poděbrady byla zaměřena na možné inovativní zaměření práce v hotelnictví, gastronomii a turismu a na úskalí spojená se zpracováním komplexních absolventských prací s obhajobou (umělá inteligence, novinky v citační normě ISO 690:2022). Aktivita je realizována v rámci pokusného ověřování MŠMT v rámci alternativní zkoušky profilové části maturitní zkoušky ve středních odborných školách formou komplexní absolventské práce s obhajobou.

An innovative lecture for teachers of economic subjects at the Podebrady Hotel School was focused on the possible innovative focus of work in the hotel industry, gastronomy and tourism and on the pitfalls associated with the processing of complex graduate theses with a defense (artificial intelligence, news in the citation standard ISO 690:2022). The activity is implemented as part of a trial verification by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports as part of the alternative exam of the profile part of the matriculation exam in secondary vocational schools in the form of a comprehensive graduate thesis with a defense.
