Abstract
Cílem této kapitoly je poukázat na důležitost použití marketingu v cestovním ruchu. Jedním z jeho komponentů, který ovlivpuje poptávku po produktech destinace, stejně tak jako po produktech jednotlivých podnikatelských a ne-podnikatelských subjektů, je „promotion“ – marketingová komunikace. V ní se stále více uplatpují nekonvenční přístupy. Některé z nich jsou v toto článku stručně popsány.
Abstract (in English)
The aim of this article is to stress how important it is to implement marketing in tourism industry. One of the features influencing the demand for destination products as well as individual business and non-business entities is promotion. Within the framework of promotion, unconventional approaches are put into practice more and more. Some of these are briefly described and characterized in this article.
