Evropská unie se snaží v souvislosti s dokumentem strategie Evropa 2020 zachovat postavení Evropy jako jedné z předních světových destinací cestovního ruchu. Většinou je požadována iniciativa 27 členských států v oblasti inovací. Inovační vouchery jsou zaměřeny na malé a střední podniky (MSP) a využívají výstupů ze znalostí poskytovatelů. Inovace mohou být zaváděny v destinacích do všech služeb cestovního ruchu včetně ubytování. Příspěvek se zabývá inovačními procesy v hotelu Stein ve Skalce u Chebu.

In connection with the Europe 2020 Strategy, European Union seeks to preserve Europe as one of the foremost world destinations. Mostly the initiative of 27 member states is required in the area of innovations. The innovation vouchers are focused on small and middle entrepreneurs (SME) and use outputs from knowledge providers. The innovations should be introduced in the destinations into all tourism services including accommodation. This article deals with innovation processes at the Stein Hotel in Skalka u Chebu.
