Příspěvek popisuje část výsledků dotazníkového průzkumu stavu systémů a procesů hodnocení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení České republiky, který byl proveden v polovině roku 2012 ve spolupráci Vysoké školy hotelové v Praze a Asociace hotelů a restaurací České republiky na vzorku cca 170 reprezentativních subjektů. V rámci toho identifikuje zjištěné nedostatky a upozorňuje na případná rizika, která z nich mou vyplývat. Ve své druhé části se hrubě zmiňuje o vybraných skutečnostech z první fáze průzkumu provedeného formou osobních rozhovorů a pozorováním na stejné téma ve vybraných hotelech jižní Indie.

The paper describes the part of questionnaire survey results related to the systems and processes of hospitality employees appraisals in the Czech Republic. This survey was realised in the middle of 2012 by the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague and the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants. 170 subjects sent their data. The paper identifies lacks and it points out possible risks related to these lacks. In the second part of the paper selected facts found out in the first phase of the research realised in selected hotels in the south India are mentioned shortly. This initial phase of the research was realised by the form of both the personal interviews and the direct observation of particular processes.
