Na počátku roku 2013 předalo Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj ČR k posouzení návrh věcného záměru zákona o podpoře rozvoje cestovního ruchu v České republice. Zpracovaná legislativní norma reaguje na nutnost změn v řízení cestovního ruchu a způsobech financování organizací destinačního managementu na celostátní, krajské i místní úrovni. Účelem připravované právní úpravy je zajistit systematickou podporou rovnoměrný rozvoj cestovního ruchu na celém území České republiky. Příspěvek se zabývá změnami v řízení a financování rozvoje cestovního ruchu, které budou vyvolány postupným uváděním zákona do praxe.
In English
At the beginning of 2013 the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic commits to assess the draft of legislative proposal on the support tourism development in the Czech Republic. Processed legislative standard addresses the need for changes in tourism management and the financing of destination management organizations at national, regional and local level. The purpose of the new legislation is to ensure balanced development of tourism in the entire Czech Republic by systematic support. This paper focuses on the changes in the management and financing of tourism development, which will be caused by gradual introduction of this law in practice.
