Introduction to corporate finance.
Financial aspects of selected legal forms of business.
Property and financial structure of the enterprise, optimization of capital structure.
Financial resources of the enterprise.
Company's own resources: profit, share capital (shares), depreciation (tax vs. accounting).
Foreign resources of the enterprise: bank loans, banking basics.
Foreign sources of the enterprise: bonds, leasing, factoring/forfaiting.
Enterprise and financial market.
Allocation of financial resources to fixed assets - investment.
