- Cíle předmětu
- The main aim of the course is an introduction into the main links of the international economic operations. An emphasis is put especially on the understanding of the advantages resulting from the reciprocal business activities between two or more countries and the rules under which such business activities are taking place. The main course matters are: the principles of international business policy and their connections with economic integration, the commodity and service markets, the main actors of international economic relations, actual development trends in international economic relations or business environment characteristics. One part of the course is an introduction into the Czech business environment conditions. It is important to make the students understand that the international business is taking place on the everyday principles and that this process is very dynamic. These facts reflect the involvement of the students during the classes – a preparation of a presentation about an institution influencing the international business environment and a presentation of a news article dealing with a topic of the economic integration or international business.
