Abstract
Social networks plays crucial role in marketing communication and distribution of hotel products from both perspectives, hotel‘s and customer‘s. Several research papers were focused on the impact of social media content on customer’s decision making process and hotel productivity. The goal of this paper is to describe the way hotels in Prague use social networks as a part of their marketing communication and product distribution.
