Web based simulation brings the challenge to develop the virtual “world” very suitable for new skills training, new knowledge creation and existing experiences sharing. In the hospitality industry it allows to share experiences on the multinational level by the application of the simulator in the network of schools, universities and consulting companies all over the world. The paper describes some properties, algorithm and limitations of the web based process simulator developing in the frame of the Czech national research project.
