Cíle předmětu
Objective of the course: The main goal of the course is to introduce students to modern methods of human resources. What are the tasks of the HR department. In addition, Human Resources Management addresses the process of creating new jobs, recruiting, selecting and recruiting staff, staff auditing, evaluation and rewarding, employee training and qualification development. Students are then acquainted with modern methods in international human resources management and last but not least employee fluctuations and interviews.The students will get acquainted with the Management as a process involves planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling activities that facilitate the achievement of an organization's objectives. All these activities are accomplished through efficient utilization of physical and financial resources by the company’s human resources. HRM is representative of all issues or problems related to people and their management, in a manner that is most beneficial for the business. Students will be able to understand Human resource management as one of the most complex and challenging fields of modern management. It ensures the building up of an effective workforce, the proper handling of employee expectations and makes sure that they perform at their very best.
Výstupy z učení
Knowledge: A student from Moder Human Resources Management should gain a basic overview of the methods of modern personnel work. The student should be able to implement the practical part of modern human resources that will participate as a leader in his / her competence so that he / she can effectively and efficiently perform his / her duties towards the organization and at the same time do much for the personnel development and professional level of each employee. Skills: After completing the course Human Resources Management the student should be able to orientate in the complex human resources process in the search, acquisition, training, evaluation and remuneration of the employees. In addition, the course graduate should be able to achieve specified business goals in human resources through the acquisition, stabilization, motivation, development and optimal use of human resources of organizations where he will be employed as Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Manager.
