Course objectives
GOALThe goal of the subject is to gain theoretical background of a use of information and communication technologies in online marketing communication and presentation of hotels (and other accomodation establishments), restaurants and other companies within tourism industry.

KNOWLEDGE Student will gain knowledge of e-business in hospitality, gastronomy and other companies with focus on online marketing communication with usage of freely available tools.

SKILLS Students are able to use MS Office and other tools for customer analysis, evaluation of effecience of marketing activities within product distribution and communication and use these within creation of future marketing presentation of selected company.

COMPETENCE Students are able to use freely available tools for analysis of marketing acitivities of selected toursim oriented company. Student is able to create online presentation of company and use basic tools for SEM, SEO and social networks. Student can use freely available CMS tools.
