Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and skills in the field of price management and hotel costs from the point of view of revenue management.

  • 1. Introduction to Revenue Management 2. The strategic importance of the hotel price 3. Product value, value relationship, price and product quality 4. Differentiated valuation 5. Obligations of the revenue manager in the hotel, ethical aspects of revenue management 6. Forecast demand 7. Upselling 8. Dynamic pricing 9. Overbooking and overbooking at the hotel 10. Management of distribution channels in the hotel 11. Evaluation of the efficiency of the hotel's revenue management 12. Revenue management at the hospitality facility

Assessment methods
To obtain the credit it is necessary to meet the following 3 conditions: 1) Active participation in at least 75% of seminars (75 % attendace) 2) PPT Presentation of the selected topic (30 minutes + discussion) 3) Final test (50 % of correct answers is needed to pass)
